You have found Runach Duthaich!
A world of mystery and intrigue waits for you.
Welcome to the Mysterious Land known as my website! That's what Runach Duthaich is, by the way—Scottish Gaelic for Mysterious Land. This website is about the world's most incredibly boring topic ever—me! Okay, it's not entirely about me. It's more about my writing and hopefully someday my acting career, since that seems to be within my grasp. But anyways . . . hope you enjoy your stay in Runach Duthaich!
Oh, and just a real quick little FYI . . . it's pronouced "ROO-nock du-THAY-ick," so I do NOT want to be hearing any "run-ACH DU-thaik" (which sounds somewhat similar to "Run At Toothache"), "roo-NACH du-THACHE," or any other mispronunciations your mind can conjour up.

"A world of mystery and intrigue waits for you!" the Grandfather said.
"A great challenge, if you choose to accept it, lies ahead.
Monsters of incredible cunning, foes of lethal and deadly skill
wait for you in every tree and stream, behind every rock and hill.
They do not want you to find that which we hold dear—
a mysterious land that hasn't been seen for many a good long year.
There are amazing things in this land of which you've never dreamed!
A lovely land of endless green, with refreshing, healing streams.
Snow-capped mountains peek from the horizon as towers of majesty,
and the sun flames bright red and orange as it sets into the sea.
Our enemies know if this land is found all their hope is lost
of being dominant in this world. At risk is a great cost.
If you fail in your mission, you may never live to see a free world again,
but your life will be filled with endless joy, if, in the end, goodness wins."
Alexander Cadwell decided to search for this lost, mysterious land
when he was just a young man of 17, serving at his grandfather's hand.
His closest companion, Marcus Fortescue, decided to go with him,
and the two boys had no idea what dangers lie ahead of them.
Fearful enemies of frightful powers would haunt them in the night
and by day their pursuers would force them to run in fright.
Will our heroes accomplish this daring and intrepid quest?
Or will their courage be in vain? Will they fail this test?
